01 General Terms

By using the 0kkbd website or app, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 0kkbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we").

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 0kkbd, you must meet the following requirements. Please confirm you satisfy all eligibility criteria before starting the registration process.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 0kkbd strictly prohibits minors from opening an account.
• Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, and address — must be accurate and truthful.
• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required for account verification.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

0kkbd currently accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through an SSL-encrypted system, keeping your funds completely secure.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300
• Maximum deposit per transaction: BDT 50,000 (different limits apply for VIP members)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In cases of network issues, it may take up to 10 minutes.
• 0kkbd does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• Additional verification may be requested for any suspicious transactions.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on 0kkbd are simple and fast. However, your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 (for standard members)
• Processing time: typically 15–30 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

0kkbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and these must be followed at all times.

• The welcome bonus is available to each user only once and applies to the first deposit only.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements — typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus codes must be used within the specified validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Winnings from free bet bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they are also subject to wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets in the 0kkbd Sports Betting and casino sections. These guidelines are in place to protect the interests of all users in Bangladesh.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum bet amount is BDT 20; maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with 0kkbd's own settlement policy.
• 0kkbd reserves the right to void any bets recorded due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0kkbd platform. Violations may result in legal action.

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity — including any form of cheating or system manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds — 0kkbd actively works to prevent this.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of our Platform.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Account Suspension & Closure

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• Upon a voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

Any verifiable balance will be returned upon account closure, though bonus-related balances may be forfeited. You may also request to close your account at any time.

10 Limitation of Liability
